Until it opens

No banking or payment facility is active on the website yet. Event Hosts should continue to state how and when members should pay in the Event details and Notice.

Before this area opens, the Club account, authority, privacy and bookkeeping arrangements will be agreed and tested.

Next step: settle the Club’s working financial process, then build only the website facilities needed to support it.

When this area opens, each member will see only their own information. Event Hosts will see only their Events, while the Treasurer will have the wider access required for authorised Club accounting.
