This page shows a consolidated Club-wide view of the same contact details members enter in Your Information. It loads the current information from the Sanctuary backend and uses browser-local data only as a fallback.
PIN Reset Requests
Before approving a request, satisfy yourself independently that it is genuine. Any contact details shown below are simply information already held in Your Information; they are not required for a member to request or receive a reset.
Reset Membership PINs
Enter one or more membership numbers, separated by commas, spaces or new lines. Each selected membership will be returned to the temporary Starter PIN 2468. The member must then choose a new private household PIN.
